We would like to introduce ourselves..........
Mark Piper is a Washington State native. He grew up in Spokane playing junior hockey for 12 years followed by years of competitive bodybuilding, most recently preparing to compete at the USA Bodybuilding competition 2010 at UNLV in Las Vegas. Mark has a strong passion for helping others understand and improve their health, with specific education in nutrition, human anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, exercise science, and human movement studies. With over 12 years of personal training experience and nutritional guidance, Mark has two personal training certifications and a full range of expertise with clients of all fitness levels, abilities, and goals.
Stacy Clary is a Puyallup native and a Pacific Lutheran University graduate with extended studies in Nursing from Washington State University. She has competed in organized sports her entire life and is currently competing in Figure competitions, winning the Overall at the Gold's Classic in August 2004 and most recently earing her IFBB Professional status at the 2007 Figure Nationals in New York City. She has a diverse training background with experience ranging from senior fitness programs to competitive athletes. Possessing a strong knowledge base in the science of the human body and two personal training certifications, she has a well rounded effective training style. Body awareness and fitness have changed her life and she looks forward to sharing her passion with you.
